Course Prerequisites
All BLS, ACLS, and PALS courses require the student to have the current AHA Provider Manual (print or eBook) in order to attend class.
Blended learning courses do NOT require a provider manual, as it is included in the course fee and is available in an eBook format in Part 1 Online of the course.
We offer the print provider manuals necessary for BLS, ACLS, PALS, & PEARS for receipt at class check-in, and optionally, book shipping is available for an additional charge for registrations made at least 10 business days in advance. We also offer the equivalent eBook versions of the provider manuals.
You are also welcome to purchase the provider manual on your own from another source, if desired, but it must be the latest edition for the course you are taking (BLS, ACLS, and PALS require the 2020 edition - these have the 2020 Guidelines). PEARS is currently the 2015 version.
